Shipping

We are CLOSED for the festive break from 5pm Friday 20th December. Reopening Tuesday 28th January 2025. All socks ordered during this time will be sent on Tuesday 28th January 2025. 

If you have accidentally ordered during this time, we will be checking our emails weekly and can process a refund as required. Do not panic! 

USUAL Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched the next business day. We will endeavour to process all orders within these times frames, however there may be delays during busy sale periods. The Joode will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided as a preferred delivery address. International orders - The company is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or delays that may occur during shipping. If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise. Please note that we are be unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product after an order has been placed.

We offer free shipping for all Australian orders $100 and over. Free Returns

Delivery Times 

Once your order is dispatched, it can take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once dispatched.
