CHRISTMAS CLOSE DOWN

Last orders Tuesday 20th December 4pm until 3rd January. Any orders placed during this time will be sent on either FRIDAY 23rd Dec or Friday 30th Dec and then reopening January 3rd 2023. We use AusPost Express, therefore we cannot guarantee any delivery dates due to the festive period. 

If you have just placed an order and are now reading these details we can of course cancel your order if the order cannot wait. Please just send us an email (we will be checking them sporadically during the festive period). 

USUAL Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched the next business day. We will endeavour to process all orders within these times frames, however there may be delays during busy sale periods. The Joode will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided as a preferred delivery address. International orders - The company is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or delays that may occur during shipping. If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise. Please note that we are be unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product after an order has been placed.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all Australian orders $100 and over. Free Returns

Delivery Times 

Once your order is dispatched, it can take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once dispatched.
