Who do you use to post out my order?
We use AusPost Express network. Between me and you, I don't have a great deal of faith is standard postal timings right now, and I most certainly would like you to receive your order asap.
Do we offer refunds?
We sure do. We have a full refund policy for you to review right here.
My order hasn't arrived.
Well, that's no good. Have you received our email with the tracking details to track where things have gone wrong? If AusPost have left your order in a safe place, we can bet it's well hidden - even from you. If you cannot locate your parcel, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Auspost.
What payment methods do you offer?
We have credit card & debit cards payment facilities on our website. We also offer PayPal and Afterpay.
