To keep your socks looking their best, chuck them in the wash with similar colours and let them dry on the line. Keep them out of the direct sun and avoid the dryer if possible. It’s really that simple.
We offer free shipping for all Australian orders $100 and over and free returns.
Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.
We will endeavour to process all orders within these times frames, however there may be delays during busy sale periods.
Joode will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided as a preferred delivery address.
International orders - The company is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or delays that may occur during shipping. If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise.
Please note that we are be unable to cancel orders, change shipping methods or product after an order has been sent.
Once your order is dispatched, it can take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once dispatched.
